Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using MusicTrainerPro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and One Music Media, the operator of MusicTrainerPro.
Eligibility
The service is intended for adults. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page or from Account in the mobile app.
Acceptable use
You may use MusicTrainerPro for personal music education. You may not:
- upload or share content you do not have the rights to;
- redistribute paid course material or sheet music obtained through the service;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the service, or disrupt it for others;
- post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in the forum or other shared areas.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of the sheet music, recordings, forum posts and other material you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you — for example rendering a score you imported, or showing your forum post to other members. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Copyright matters here. Much sheet music is still in copyright. Upload only material you own, that is in the public domain, or that you are licensed to use. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to identify it and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
Paid courses
Some courses are paid. Purchases are one-off — there is no recurring subscription — and are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Access to purchased content is tied to your account and is not transferable. Prices are shown before you pay.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, contact us at support@musictrainer.pro and we will refund the purchase.
Where you ask for immediate access to purchased content and expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so, that right does not apply once access has begun.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and parts of the service may be offered as a beta that is still being developed. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where significant, announced in the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless prevented by law. If we close your account other than for a breach, we will refund any paid content you can no longer access. You may close your account at any time; see Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Disclaimer and liability
Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided "as is" and we exclude implied warranties. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes fall to the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
